These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Intrus.io website and services. By using our penetration testing and Red Team services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide ethical hacking, vulnerability assessments, and Red Team simulations. Plans: Micro ($100–$199), Express ($269), Complete ($579), Advanced Red Team (quote-based).

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for account security.

3. Acceptable Use

Prohibited: Illegal use, reverse engineering our tools, unauthorized sharing of reports. Violations may result in suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and reports are property of Intrus.io. You receive a limited license for internal use.

5. Payments & Cancellation

Payments via Stripe. No refunds after service start. Cancel with 30-day notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Liability limited to amount paid.

7. Governing Law

Governed by Brazilian law. Disputes in Brasília-DF courts.
